First we take care of everything strategy. Over-strategizing and overthinking is a huge roadblock to progress, and we don’t do that here. This is an efficient process, and we get everything we need accomplished within 4 strategy sessions to be able to fully sync with your vision, understand your message, showcase your offers/services/products, and be able to help you tell your story extremely effectively.
If you choose to have us handle your copy, that’s all we need from you for this process, besides providing us any brand assets, photos, etc… that you already have – and some simple revisions and refinement at the end.
From here, it’s all done-for-you. We outline and architect a site map. We write the copy. We take care of branding with updated typography, colors, text logo, and assets.
Then we fully develop and design – or redesign your website with WordPress, using the latest technology for highly responsive and optimized websites.
And lastly, based on the package you choose – we’ll take care of photos, your homepage essence or core message video, a graphic logo and brand style guide, etc…
1. Agreement & Deposit
Next, we'll confirm which web renovation process and maintenance plan is best for you, send you a contract agreement for you to sign digitally, and send you an invoice for a deposit to get started on the project.
2. Strategy & Synchronization
We'll schedule out our strategy sessions, and meet consistently to dive deep, to bring more clarity to messaging, how we showcase your offers, design aesthetics, and client journey.
3. Branding & Logo Design
Using our Wayfinders Branding Questionairre, we'll gather essential information from you for the vibe of the brand you desire, and update your branding for your site.
4. Copywriting
If you choose our Master or Legacy Process, using the information and notes from our calls, we'll be able to structure and draft out the copy for your site. After we've drafted the copy, you can make your list of revisions with any additions and changes to ensure your fingerprint is on it, and that it really feels like it's coming from you, without having to dedicate days/weeks writing out all the copy.
4. Photo & Video Production
If you choose our Legacy Package, we'll produce other powerful media content to make your site truly stand out and be as alive, interactive and magnetic as possible. From a branding photoshoot, to core message essence videos, offer videos, about page videos, and more... we've got you covered.
5. Web Development & Design
Once we have all the media you want to use (photos, videos, other brand assets, etc...) we'll be able to fully set up and design the site. We'll build out your homepage, your offer pages, your about page, and your contact pages - along with a custom "linktree" page for social media, and any forms, applications, and funnels you want - all in one place without needing a different membership for everything.
6. Launch
After a final passthrough for revisions - your site is ready to launch and go live. We'll transfer the site over from our staging site, to your official domain.
The systems have been built and refined, and now it's time to focus on lead generation, and channeling those potential clients and customers through your site and into your offerings.
